Home Exterior Renovation – Virginia Highlands

Stephanie A. wanted to update the exterior of her home, which is located in the lovely Virginia Highlands community in Atlanta. After locating Echols in an internet search and investigating our reputation in Atlanta, she chose Echols Roofing and Home Improvements for the work.

Once the contract was signed, Echols provided an interior designer, James Taggart, to help Stephanie and her husband with colors and ideas.

New Windows & Doors

Any windows and doors that had not been replaced in an earlier renovation were updated with maintenance free, energy efficient Simonton products. The old siding was removed and replaced with James Hardie fiber-cement siding. Our paint crew then painted the entire home with a Sherwin-Williams Duration lifetime paint.

The End Result

The end result was a worry free exterior that now gives the home a modern look without losing the charming ‘feel’ of the Atlanta community it sits in.
