Marietta Roof Replacement

This is a Tamko architectural shingle in Weathered Wood color Echols just installed during a north Marietta Roof Replacement. Notice the small black water diverter above the window. There are no gutters above that window, and the homeowner asked if Echols could safely divert the water when the new roof was installed. This metal accomplished the purpose. Any special need such as this should be discussed with your contractor before work begins to be sure a workable solution exists. After the work is completed is not the time to suggest a change. Even subtle changes need to planned for when the siding, window, carpentry or roofing work is being done.
